Experiential Policies
Students are required to adhere to all Experiential Education Policies as well as the information and policies pertaining to APPE students in the General Manual. Students are responsible to be in compliance with these policies at all times.

Additional Course Policies
Experiential Checklist. The 760 Elective Pharmacy Practice Experiential Checklist is available for use but does NOT need to be uploaded at the end of the rotation.
International Rotations. Students on international rotations will receive an email from an experiential education staff member prior to the beginning of the block rotation regarding details about how international students will meet course requirements from their distant sites.
- If the rotation site country is deemed to have adequate internet access, then the rotations deadlines are the same as domestic 760 rotations sites.
- If the rotation site country is deemed to have inadequate internet access, then the following deadlines apply:
- All assignments, with the exception of the project presentation, are due at 11:59PM on the second Sunday following the last day of the block (i.e. 9 days following the last day of the block). In the event the Canvas submission box is closed, please email the assignments to a course coordinator.
- The project presentation will be scheduled during the following block after return to the U.S.
Student Activities.
- Students are expected to provide clinical, distributive, and other site specific pharmacy services to the assigned site under supervision of the pharmacist, as applicable to the specific clerkship site. Site specific activities will be reviewed with the student during the first week of the rotation.
- Course assignments are considered minimal activities for the course.
- Clerkship sites are expected to create additional student activity opportunities.
